$204.37- Live2D Model Design + Illustration + Rigging + Coat On/Off Toggle

$383.81- Overlays/Panels (I wanted animated Starting Soon, Gaming, and Just Chatting would've been $90 if not)

$12- Chibi PNG alt (Also used as Icon)

Its tricky to point to a "good" subathon vs a bad one because most of the time success and failure depend on community and how deep those pockets are. Very small chuubas (even low-mid 2view) make the mistake to trying to do them too early (before they have a viewerbase with wallets out) and get discouraged because people don't materialize to throw money at them.

I can say that the ones that viewers tend to not want to support, even if they support the streamer generally, are those that have a list of things the streamer clearly already intends to do or has already started on doing as "goals." Was looking at the prices for an artist and they’re charging around $200 for a profile image and $500 for a live2d illustration.
