In NijiEN Kyo's primary tactic was the spam the absolute fuck out of tierlist streams.
These streams always involved him rating the other members, which was an effective way to get their fans watching him. Basically he was being a parasite.
He SPAMMED those streams. While rating the other members, he always too the opportunity to shit on them, mock them, humiliate them, in front of their own audience, and while they weren't around to defend themselves.

He would always create drama for views.
Case in point, female fans complained that while they were watching their two oshis having a comfy time in Minecraft, Kyo entered the stream, and suddenly instigated them to fight each other and shittalk each other, ruining the whole atmosphere. He was constantly shitting on everyone, and whenever someone bantered back he would cry about it.

He was absolutely terrible, and a parasite. The kind of parasite that kills the host.

However, if there's one thing zaion/sayu is and was known for, it's that she's extremely direct and confrontational if someone has problems with her. If there are issues to iron out, she will contact the person directly in private to attempt to figure out a solution, or at least get/give an apology. She only goes public if things completely break down and she's out of options, and even then she's far more likely to just take it and wait patiently for them to approach her back if they're only ignoring her and not actively attacking.
