I fell into the saviourfag arc where she was moving back to her home country and had a lot of depressive and needy tendencies. The thing that really sold me was the mem stream where she talked about needing us as an emotional booster and how she shouldn't use us that way but can't help it.
Past that, I still loved her outgoing attitude for the most part and the fact that she's the most feminine of the 5 EN. Her wearing her heart on her sleeve makes her such a rollercoaster sometimes, but it's a lot of fun.

Given that Kiara is the one that does the longest streams on average in EN (and she's fairly high up on the list if you consider all holos as well) and has a lot of VOD viewers, it's very noticable in her case.

Mine was this Mario64 stream, it was so fun and the interaction with Huke made it super special, i found her funny and cute on her own ESL way. I remember watching the debut marathon back on /jp/ (mainly to see if the EN project will be a trainwreck or not), and she showed enough enthusiasm to reassure me that even as a back then weaker link of EN, I should give them a chance (most rankings went like Mori/Ina/Gura in various orders>Kiara>Ame after the debuts, including mine).
But somewhere between her first SC reading and her first collab with Subaru, I got attached to her. It also helped that she streamed late into the night for her back then which made her perfect for yuro times. Her high level of interaction and focus on entertainment first and foremost made me tune into streams I wouldn't have watched otherwise, like FE:3H. At the same time, I found the others more and more stiff and boring, so I gave up on catching their steams/VODs one by one.
If I had to point out one stream though, it'd be her first art stream. I think that was the first time I called her my oshi, or anyone my oshi for that matter. She did a 7 hour stream without any significant break in talking to the audience, and everything she talked about was something that made me smile, laugh, nod along or emphathize with her. That made me realize I want to see Kiara's career at Hololive to the end.
