Yeah, that's definitely an issue. I think its mostly because they themselves are doing it pretty much exclusively or subs(at least, that's how it came across to me) and they probably feel bad about that as evidence by them crying HARD anytime someone told them to "stay true to themselves."
They're also sad because they know their usual fans who watch live won't be able to show up, which was a big reason why they DIDNT do any spaces/guerillas during their move.

Disagree, Mori and Koyori were perfect matches.
There are others who got way more interested in them from a single call in or meeting than they usually do with the random EN interaction too, like Mio, Miko (who even remembered what they said to the point of disagreeing with chat that they needed to be protected from the titty game, and that they would DEFINITELY like it), Subaru and Towa.
But both JPs and them are autistic about reaching out, so these things will take a long time. AZKi just had a thing where she said she talked to Aqua in 5th fes for the first time in 5 years. Fubuki went to Marine's house for the first time not too long ago, after cohosting a radio show with her for years. You can't expect these things to be rushed. They just happen.
Towa seems like a very very safe bet, she loved these two.

95% of holoJP can't keep up with them in a conversation about idolfag stuff. "HoloJP but in english" is not their thing, they're much more than that. It's true that they have more in common with JP than EN, but JP talents are not as interchangeable or monolithic as you imply with this statement.
People always highlight the "wow it's impressive that you know this" comments when they talk about niche interests, but they get as many "even I didn't know this RORU" in japanese when they go on their tangents, and a bunch of "wow, this feels like an oldfag nico nico meeting" as well.
They have a specific niche of interests that nobody else in holoJP matches 1:1. They're not just "same but in english". They also have the "player and commentator" setup that was very popular with let's play channels that grabbed a lot of people too. You often have people complaining about how much they focus on the game itself instead of doing light zatsu, but if you like that, it's a breath of fresh air compared to tuning in to Kiara playing Mario and talking about the steak she was eating for an hour. I myself would rather get more light zatsu, so this is not criticism, before our resident KFPs interpret it as such.

2/12-2/18: 13.75 hours
2/5-2/11: 12 hours
1/29-2/4(Birthday Week+6 month): 25 hours
1/22-1/28: 27.5 hours
1/15-1/21(Kanon Watchalong): 24.75 hours
1/8-1/14: 19.75 hours
1/1-1/7: 20 hours
So the real question is, are they talking reduced hours from when they started streaming less a few weeks before and after their move, or less from the prior regular? If it's the first, then we'll see at least 1, if not 2 streams cut a week so a loss of 2-4 hours of stream time. Couple in that one of them might become JOP non-collab every week and a JP collab every week, so say 2 and 2 hours each, and you're looking at 6-10 hours of EOP fully understandable content a week.
Now take the fact that SC readings have so many more to dig through and they want to work through them to be nice to their donators and you lose another 2+ hours a week to SC readings.

Kiara was my main piece. I had a break point where I came home in a bad mood but was really looking forward to her drawing members stream last October, and she spent the first 30 minutes complaining about literally everything from her tablet to her drawing ability to her second tiny hat, and it wasn't tongue in cheek. I turned off the stream and un-membered because her mental state had been declining since her album. Picked her back up around new years when she said on stream that she didn't think she was providing a good atmosphere for streams or a good headspace for herself during that time but felt much better then. Been enjoying a stream or two a week (and more during the moving break), still can't handle the 7 hour VoD's tho, it's a bit long for me.
