I don't really watch Vshojo much at all, but if the small segment of the first collab and the shit I've been hearing about from the second collab are true (I can't find a single vod of the 2nd collab, I guess it was wiped from the face of the earth), they have a heavy amount of work to do with their collab etiquette before they can step up to collab with Nijisanji and Hololive again.
I enjoy how Hololive and Nijisanji behaves because they are huge companies and know that they are responsible for the reputation of the company in the eyes of the viewers. They know the show has to meet a certain standard, and if it doesn't, they have to find a way to turn it around immediately moving forward.
Vshojo from what I hear has a lot of freedom, the streamers can basically do what they want, but this is a double edged sword. In some cases where a manager would say "Hey that's a really shit idea you should probably not do that", or "Hey, no, you are definitely not allowed to do that". If they want freedom that's fine, but they should at least invest in Coaches that can help them become better suited and more prepared for these types of collabs.
I can't speak for the other indies though, since they're indie it's 100% on them what type of experience they do in collabs, they should just learn from the current examples and do their best if they get the chance to collab with Niji or Hololive.
But I absolutely do not blame anyone for refusing to collab with Vshojo.
