Before I watched holos I really underestamed how much legacy skill does for you. Most of the holos never really played that many games (atleast somewhat seriously) before hand. Shiori has played games all her life and it shows even if she isn't a heavy gamer.
Her smash stream alone showed that she cares enough to atleast play people good enough or that she watched some competitive play, normies don't hover just above the ground and etc.
