Do you think the indie scene has any lurkers? I watch indie VODs sometimes, but mostly muted for gameplay. I don't always tune in for the podcast part. Sometimes you just want to get a fresh perspective on some game you played. A lot of the VODs I watch aren't even in English so if I mute sometimes I'm not missing much.
When it comes to stuff I simply can't mute to enjoy I find that from producers like Dizzy, but fortunately for me most vtubers take the dog that is not koragi, but is also fat approach, so I can just skip the first 20 minutes of the VOD, and watch gameplay muted. Since people play music this stuff is all muted anyway.
I wonder if there's more indies like Dizzy that viewers watch with no intention of communication, or boba blow bang with them? I guess Dizzy isn't really an indie, but I wonder if non meet n greet discord call text messaging viewers exist, or if the scene is just group dating with no intention of doing more than tolerating content in exchange for social interaction, and transactions?
