Twitch staff is much more lenient with thirst baiting, plus this type of thot behaviour is so rampant on the site and twitch viewers specifically seem to be a different breed that'll eat any nsfw shit up faster most that basically any female content creator who isn't some average looking is forced to act like this for success. Youtube and Google care a lot about what advertisers think, so they'll be much more strict on this type of stuff. Youtube is also moderated by bots who aren't bias towards the streamer's gender or breast size like Twitch mods are, so if they see this type of explicate content they'd either age restrict the stream, limiting the potential reach the streamer has or flat out strike it down.
