Do you have a noise gate filter in OBS? Lower the db threshholds if you are. If not, if you're using OBS's "good quality" noise suppression, it'll cut out what it thinks aren't normal frequencies (it cuts out my laugh for example) so you have to use "low-quality" Speex at -60 rather than RNNoise.
