Attacking Kiara recently who Gura spend a lot of time with in Japan probably didn't help; pushing Mumei's old friend to suicide twice--Mumei being someone Gura recently spend a lot of time with--probably didn't help. Not addressing the contract issues and instead doubling down on tribal wars with HoloEN by having Rosami's 3D live right before Holofest (something Gura really cares about) probably didn't help.
