What makes Suisei's voice distinctive is that she knows exactly where to put the pointe in her singing and can switch her vocal registers extremely tightly. She knows where to cut off the tones harshly, where to let it linger and where to flourish and make it emotional. Her part in the beginning of Unknown Mother Goose is very sharp and instantly sets the tone for the cover.

That's why her recorded songs are much much better than her live singing because she isn't that good at hitting the notes spontaneously and loses steam quickly, unless she practices a ton for one song. That's where a lot of other holos surpass her in technical ability. But when she has time to ponder and review her singing she is very good at refining it and setting distinctive points.
