How was it /warkop/? Is it bad or good? I see some fan favorites in the credits there (Farhan, Sagi), but idk. Personally it's an okay song, a little bit ambitious but because of the mix it ultimately fell a little bit flat rather than grandiose. Also for some reason it reminds me of Revue Starlight

I don't like it, they should've just focused on making a good and catchy songs instead of trying to make something grandiose. It's not celebratory enough to warrant that kind of song, especially not with just 3 members.

Maybe if for next year's 5th anniv with full members (maybe including ID4 too) then yeah it could fit. But this is way too random for me.

Discord is the best for archiving, some of the channels are even more comprehensive than ragtag. Because people and the bots archive things live, while ragtag can get affected by how youtube handle its servers.

Their 17-an event was really good, IMO. They did a local song cover (so far the choices is one my ok list), and a company-wide event in Minecraft. They even did a mini drama two years ago.
I kinda wish they do Ramadan/Eid type of event as well, but I guess there's some reservations against them because they don't want to be perceived as pandering to one religion, even though Lebaran and Mudik itself is pretty much enjoyed by any Indonesian people regardless of their religions

I think it has to do with personal branding of the individual chuubas before they joined SOL4CE. Harris was already famous in BFE chuuba scene, Mika was mistaken as Zen and rode that momentum to grow, and there's Gin and Souta as well.
As for 48v and Re:Memo, I can speak a little bit for the latter. Their growth are definitely on a different scale than Holo, but there will always be a spearhead in each generation (Chloe for Gen 2, and Echi for Gen 3).
I think during the local management round table, they also mentioned that they already found out a way to make a talent a spearhead, so it is to be expected that their latest debuts (Gen 4) will also have one.
The question now, is how to do a trickle down effect on subs growth from the spearhead to the rest of the talents? Because honestly I think it's a better way to grow their talents, compared to ... say, force them to grow at equal rate.

well for the latter it's difficult to create a box with a small number of people
as for the former first they need to know their target demographics. but rememo is a mixed gender agency so idk how well they gonna handle that.

Hi-15 exist and it's not even close. It's actually my least favorite one, it's IMO another case of Farhan trying to make something fancy and cool but failed on the simple task of creating a good and loopable song (it should be more ID:entity and less Reflect, IMO).

If it's for a theme song like Parade for holofes, maybe it's good. But it's just unnecessary grandiose for me. Sekian 2 keping perak dari saya.

Anon, it's composed by Farhan and Written by Datenkou, both are Indonesian. It's an ID song, nothing "JP produced" in it just because Cover is a JP company.

Meanwhile, Hi-15 is absolutely 100% a Japan produced song, the ID version was just a translation by Hiroaki Kato, and it's somehow sound better than the ID version of this new song (not gonna say the name, it's stupidly hard). You know it's bad when an ID version of a JP produced song somehow feels natural than an ID produced song.

I didn't like Hi-15 at first but it grows on me.
For new listerners that song sounds a bit weird because Indonesian is mouthful, it has too many syllables in one words, so it's difficult to translate foreign songs to Indonesian. It still sounds weird if you think about it but the song is so catchy it sometimes randomly pops up in my mind.

I can't leave HoloID despite I want to check other vtubers because I just don't have the time to. I mean Hololive box itself is already full of entertainments, whenever I have the time and want to consume vtuber contents, I always check the HoloID first, then Hololive as a whole, and by the time I want to finish for the day I still haven't consume all that Hololive can offer.

How would someone like me leave the Hololive box? Well I was once stopped watching them, back in 2021 when I was so fed up with their contents, HoloID pandered too much to EN fans, Hololive also getting stale because Covid prevented various things like 3D debuts or concerts or off collabs. Also back then Niji ID was so interesting to me they can fill the "friends hanging out" vibe that I lost because of the pandemics.
So maybe some blunders or stagnation would make me leave again, or other vtubers just so interesting they makes me check on them.

unlike other Agencies, HoloID don't need to worry about attracting tourists and quality applicants/auditionee

Speaking of accelerate, I really hope digikagi and JKT48V will get a new gen soon, the momentum seems right to do it now albeit for a different reason since for digikagi, this new gen can act as a cpr to restore hyp towards their chuubas while for JKT48V, a new gen will help add more activities to their ecosystem and keeping their fans more engaged with them
