Some of the more verbal warmups can be found on youtube, the professionals have better examples especially for singing or accent training. They focus more on repeating certain sounds and strengthening your lungs so you don't run out of breath too fast while talking or singing.
For streamers, and I've said this before in previous threads, just make sure you're taking time each day to warm up the muscles in your lips, tongue and jaw. We mumble because we're not used to talking, so our mouths aren't used to opening wider for certain vowels and sounds. Warm up the cheek muscles by puffing your cheeks out, purse your lips, open your mouth wide. For the tongue, stretches up down/left right to get the blood flowing through there. The less tense your mouth area is the more likely you are to not stumble over words or mumble. It helps to overly exaggerate your mouth movements while just talking to yourself or reading out loud, to train your mouth to be more comfortable moving that way.
