Anon, If you really know Gura, you would know that she tries to not drink because she has a hard time with self-control regarding alcohol because of "past reasons", not to mention the unspoken trauma of drinking until nearly passing out multiple times and god knows how many that we never knew of, thankfully, it seems she got out of it but considering the radio silence pre-Gura, we don't know what it took for her to be somewhat stable, who knows what she sacrificed or went through?
Mori, who might or not "know" but clearly has seen Gura drinking at least once by that point just threw a friendly jab at that fact, even before all of these pregnancy rrats were created, so clearly it doesn't indicate what you mean. Not to mention, Ame usually threw similar jabs at roommate activity that she knew Gura did way before HoloEN became a thing. So clearly, you are just pulling this conclusion out of an inner desire for it to be somehow definitive evidence to say that Gura was pregnant, she wasn't. I will keep explaining why in a moment.
