The video was on Selen's schedule. The waiting room was up. It was being tweeted around.

In the end the plans fell through and she was barred from organizing any international events. Sounds like there was some kind of conflict between Selen and nijijp management and they had a bone to pick up with her.
If anything, this gives more credence to the fact that she was in constant discussions with the management regarding her projects and understood that it takes time for them to get approved and come to fruition.
