Now I'm wondering if the ID market actually isn't really that much different from unicorn-ish JP and EN market.
Maybe it's all just a case of survivorship bias. We seems to be forgiving of female-male collabs because the ones who dislike it never speak up and just ditch the vtubers, the ones left are the ones who are okay with it so it seems like ID market has no problem with it.

What if the ID unicorns are actually plenty or even majority? That would explain Kobo's fall from grace happened at the same time as she did a lot collabs with Holostars.
