Gunrun and Fishman didn't force their way into meme status, they did it the same way Yagoo did: by being a generally good person, and actually caring about the talents in their respective companies.
They also don't kowtow to the stonks bros. Some shareholder asked Yagoo why he lets the talents make more money than he does, and he told that shareholder that they pay the talents what they're worth (along with an unspoken but heavily implied "go fuck yourself with a claw hammer coated with battery acid" for good measure); Vshojo and Phase are not publicly traded, so Gunrun and Fishman CAN'T kowtow to stonks bros even if they wanted to, and they don't want to.
