Alright OP, i'm going to try and give you some advice. This is based on what works for me as someone who had it bad for Lumi for a while, but bear in mind that I am quite dysfunctional.
But hey; you're also here so maybe you're almost as bad.

First, don't try to quit vtubers cold turkey unless you're confident you can make it through the withdrawals. Find another vtuber, preferably a small cute indie, and post a lot in their chat. If you're decently witty you'll get read a lot even in a 200-500 viewer chat. If you're not you may have to pick a smaller channel, but the quality of those can vary wildly. Getting read a lot will get you all those tasty neurochemicals you're craving and help you transfer your obsession.

Second, if you're ever tempted to go back remember all the times she ignored your advice specifically and ended up getting burned because of it. Whether this is trying to coach her through an easy level that she can't handle because she's too retarded to FUCKING READ or more general advice like game selections or streaming strategy, it can be helpful to remember that you don't want to deal with that kind of headache.

Third, don't forget the broken promises, the content shift, the chink influence, the whore spiral.

Fourth, even if you weaken and go back for a stream or two, click off from karaoke. This was easier when she donowalled it behind Genshin gameplay, but you should still be able to manage. I understand it's still a relative rarity.
