It's pretty clear at this point that Hyte went to Niji specifically because they wanted to do a Selen case and were down to do ones for other Niji members as well, but then management insisted that they had to do cases for some of their favored children before they could do a Selen case, Hyte begrudgingly agreed, and then that made pulling out a very easy decision when Selen was fired.

So it was Niji management who stole the collab from Selen/Doki and this is just Doki taking back what's rightfully hers.

My rrat is that that's not what happened.
They only picked those two specific messages instead of showing the logs (since if she was ghosted, they would all be in a row due to the messages taking place after each other), because Selen went apeshit on them for not responding in time. She was trying to raise hell on them stonewalling her "final" project and they were just telling her to fuck off.
She wasn't ghosted, maybe they even fought in text. But they for some reason only showed the response to the video going up itself to try to minimize the damage. The thought of a manager ghosting for 36 hours is somehow safer than whatever the fuck was in between those messages.
