I think the isolation from Zhang and Gook gacha games was a disaster at first but now I could see some benefits of it.
Hololive was forced to grow their IP without help from major gacha games.
They do everything they can, from making their own studio, games, working with indie developer and now start making their own TCG. It's a slow process but worth noted to keep eyes on. Time will tell
