1) Literally have some kind of antipathy to the USA and whites, so they avoid hiring them as much as possible. This attitude is reflected in statements by Enna who has an extreme revulsion to the USA in refuses to even step foot in that country (will absolutely not visit Kyo for example). Given the opinions of a top clique members, this probably reflects the thinking of NijiEN at large.

2) Nepotism. Some of the most awful people hired into NijiEN have been attached to Elira. Uki, Enna, Millie, Shu, Claude. Sure these people do pretty good numbers, but they are also driving away a big potential audience who doesn't like the left wing politics, the NTR stuff, the gay stuff. Elira clearly has some "openminded" opinions about gender and tends to ignore distinctions between males and females which causes lots of NTR situations during meetups. Also confusing gender roles when it comes to certain matters, and mixing males and females in collabs where it's inappropriate or undesirable.

3) A STRONG preference for ESL. NijiEN tends to really REALLY prefer people who can speak a non-English language. This results in people with extremely thick foreign accents getting hired. I'm thinking of Yugo, Vezalius, Millie, Meloco....etc. But also they preference the hiring of weak talents like Ver simply because he can speak Korean. This causes a branch filled with weak talents who have very little cultural connection to each other, it's like a tower of Babel.

Enna and Millie built their content on the chinese and filipino audience and aggressively flirt with the males for female appeal. These people drive away the male audience once again.

So although Elira's nepohires do good numbers, consider that they appeal to the "wrong" audience which isn't the EN audience that NijiEn is supposed to be going for.
