Just to add. It wasn't perms for anything external. It was an internal permissions issue with her using graduated livers ie nijisanji IP. We have seen that there are no problems when using graduated liver imagery thanks to other livers' covers, but because they're an anal autistic Japanese company, they still need to give the go ahead before livers can upload their covers, which ultimately is what Selen failed to do. Then her outright telling fans to reupload it was the nail that sealed the deal.
