I had a time like this recently.
My numbers were mediocre; I was lucky to maintain 10-11 ccv the whole time when I used to be able to maintain 13-15ccv easily. Many of my old regulars weren't showing up anymore and I was bleeding followers/subs on every platform every day. I'd minmaxxed everything I could at that point. My model, graphics, audio, video etc are as good as they're going to get right now. I'd already experimented with days, time zones, buff games etc.

So at that point, if my viewership kept being subpar, my next course of action was going to be to scrap efforts on the YouTube channel and follow Uwo's advice, focusing entirely on streaming on Twitch every day. If that didn't change anything for the better, I'd stop using the model entirely and be a no-cam streamer, but I like the medium so it'd be a desperation move. If that didn't work, that's when I'd call it a day.
But here's something interesting: I was giving graduation serious consideration earlier in the week. I decided to experiment with an unannounced guerrilla stream with no model or overlay to see if anyone actually watches me for me or if I'm carried by having a model. Some of the people that show up every time weren't there because they didn't know it was happening, but I maintained an 8 ccv anyways which was satisfying because it would have been my usual numbers if I'd announced it ahead of time. Even without my model. That made me feel better. After that, my last 2 streams have been 18 and 16 ccv, the 3rd and 4th highest I've ever done respectively. Some of my old regulars I hadn't seen in over a month appeared again, including some very cool new people. They stayed the entire time and it was so much fun talking to them. They gifted a bunch of subs. I had my record longest stream. I don't know what caused it, but those past three streams gave me hope again. They shook me out of my self-defeating stupor.

Why I'm telling you this is because even in your lowest point, things can turn around miraculously and you won't even see it coming. I believe we can manifest a nudge in the right direction for ourselves. If you are meant to do something, then you will do it, but you will have to want it enough to work to keep improving on what's already there. Good luck anon, I believe in you. :)

I tried streaming PoE a while back, and so did a lot of Vtubers in the community. Noone is going to click on your stream for the most part unless you are very specific in the titles on build order and etc.
Basically this is a game for severe autists, and the build paths are stupid restrictive. It's like playing an RPG where everything is spoiled to you from the get go

If you're a female none of this even matters, you'll get your usual viewership
