One thing I've learned recently is that schedules don't matter, like at all. I just had my second most successful stream ever and it was completely unannounced. The previous night I did a guerilla and it did the same as usual even without my most hardcore regulars.
Schedules are a meme. Just stream the roughly same times and people that can watch at that time will show up. Don't stress yourself out trying to put together some organized week because nobody really cares (in a good way). Do whatever you feel like doing on that day and you'll be happier for it.
