It seems so, they proudly claimed to be not an 'idol company's but every content and ideas seems to be just them taking and copying everything from hololive. Concerts/3Ds/karaoke/songs even towards normal non-game/music streams, I just noticed after the selen drama and seeing the stream content as /#/ compared the numbers.
