Of course there will always be details no one but them and Nijisanji will be privy to. Every single liver has a personal relationship to each and to management likely no one but they will know.

I believe Rosemi and Petra's 3D debut has tied them to Nijisanji at least for another year or two. But that being true or not doesn't invalidate the fact that they clearly don't want to go, likely think they'll fail alone, and that what their company did to their former friend and wavemate isn't worth being blacklisted or legally fined. Mind you the youtube dramafag lawyer makes it seem like most of them have a case against their employer, but I digress.

Game's changed since Pomu graduated. I think since the Doki thing, the way NijiEN functions has probably changed. I don't think they'd have given Rosemi or Petra a 3D debut if they didn't know for a fact they can legally bind them into staying with them for at least another year. Too much drama if one of them graduated soon after getting a 3D.
It's far likelier that if one of them was in line to graduate, they'd have taken them off AR Live, assuming no yabs happen, and then debut the lone Obsydia talent's 3D all by themselves.
