It seems to be all a money thing. I checked her posting history out on socials and it looked like it was only a week or so before debut that she started posting or replying to anything at all. My guess is she just used mad dosh to commission the highest tier of animators and designers, got hype through them posting WIP or promoting her debut, with corpos seeing her on their feeds. She posted a full animated PV a week prior to debut and it got insane reach.

I've watched her three streams and she isn't that great. She's probably GMI just from her initial boost, but her voice sounds way too forced and in her first stream after debut she just talked a lot, had a ton of silence, and didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing.
