Now this is more like a good arguement. There is just 2 problems to solve.
1. Matara said that Ethyria used to ghost her all the time to a point she hanged around Luxiam more than her own gen mates. True she might have been helping out the new bois at getting started, but it's most likely that it didn't go further than that.
2. NIJISANJI isn't the helpful and fun family they try to sell themselves as. When you are fighting internally for the scraps real managers toss out it's suicidal to offer help to others that don't give you anything in return.

Matara nowdays seems to be able to use the schooling she got in the black company to her advantage.

I'm not familiar enough with Niji to comment on the first one but for your second point if she did do pseudo-manager stuff it was probably not long after joining and then petered out, since her passion and confidence was beaten out of her the longer she stayed there. On joining Vshojo she immediately started trying to rigid schedule collabs before realizing that the group has a way more casual hop-in vibe, could be the same pattern of being gung-ho right off the bat and cooling off. She seems to enjoy running a tight ship for her own personal projects like this podcast though, and Vshojo does partial funding and support.
