This is such a weird statement because only a disproportionately small amount of people wanted Doki to join. Similarly to Pomu, she would be qualified going by achievements and her connection with Mumei, but her content wouldn't fit Hololive, and Doki herself would be too restricted to express herself properly. People recognised that she could join Hololive, but she shouldn't. Both Dragoons and Holofans agreed on this. The only people that actually pushed for her to join were trolls and dramabeggars.
