As previously explained earlier in this thread: this is completely normal practice for any kind of entertainment. Things may change, but that doesn't warrant a refund, as listed in the terms. Even Hololive's Fes had the same terms on their Zaiko page:

For streaming events, it is stated:

"Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded in any circumstances except the event is canceled."

For live events:

"No changes, cancellations or refunds can be made to your ticket once the purchase is complete, even in the case of artist cancellation or change."

With everything coming out about Nijisanji EN as of late, I really doubt False's April "truth bomb" ends up being as big as he's making it out to be. Unless he ends up corroborating the documents about Luca, there's nothing that can really be done to make Nijisanji EN look worse than usual, unless he somehow reveals that a different talent was at one point formally charged with sexual assault in theie country, or that one talent was a serial killer, or that one talent is part of a cult and is proselytizing to their gachikoi behind the scenes.

Setting aside the fact that they literally have "lol no" as their official refund policy, the bigger issue is why they think we can't see how desperate they are to pump up their Q4 numbers by spamming big events in April. They released the Q3 numbers (which very pointedly did NOT include Selen's termination or the aftermath) and the stock tanked immediately afterwards, and it tanked so hard that regulatory safeguards kicked in and prevented it from tanking further.
And all of a sudden, they decide to have a big branch anniversary celebrations, featuring a bunch of new outfit reveals, live karaoke shows in Vietnam and Singapore, and at least four big stream events - the Mario Kart tournament which was supposed to happen 2 months ago, the AR Live show which was supposed to happen last year, and two other events yet to be announced. I don't recall them having a 2 year anniversary celebration even half this big last year; and the only 1st anniversary thing that happened was Pomu's weather balloon thing.

Just how dumb does Niji EN management think we are? I mean they know and we know that the sisters are idiots, but do they really think the rest of us are as dumb as the sisters?
More importantly (for them), do they think that the investors are as dumb as the sisters?
