I'd like to focus on the second incident, which the twitter post describes as someone wearing a Yagoo mask playing Riku's apology video. I believe there was an anon that says he will parody in CosCarni the Riku apology that was doing the rounds in other cosplayer conventions outside flipland. I don't have time to dig the archive for this. However, if what was reported in that twitter is what happened in CosCarni, it is a DEVIATION from the parody.

The parody should be as follows:

>perform the apology video
>(optional) have the checkerboard background

There is no need to involve Yagoo, or any other person for that matter. Involving other persons reeks of a false flag. Yes, you heard that right, this here is a false flag.

It was supposed to be Holodex. The problem is it only shows livestreams from vtubers with bigger names. That's around 6% of everyone I'm keeping track of at present. Smaller vtubers are not even searchable.
So, I use this https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NOQ1yRpKVjgHppo8p8qhv4kZGeHvV35BDyAecp8tfzQ/edit#gid=1659249279 sheet and visit every channel one by one. If they've already put down a screen for their stream, then that goes into the schedule.
As you can imagine, it takes some work and it's not even perfect since some chuubas tend to do guerilla streams. It's not too hard though. Mabusisi lang. I'm working on a sheet of our own so at least we wouldn't have to comb through channels that haven't done anything in a year or so (which is sadly the case for many PH vtubers at the moment)
I also made a dummy YT account subbed to the top 150 PH chuubas, so I get notifications whenever they stream. But, if may rant a little, YouTube is total garbage when it comes to keeping track of scheduled livestreams.

Just as I have feared, you're doing it manually. I'm exploring notification bots but they all seem to be tied in to discord and shit. I just want something that can run in command line and output plain text. Even then, there seems to be API shit needed that I don't have the patience to learn.

In your case, holodex still seems to be the quickest solution. If you have a dummy youtube/google account, use it to login to holodex and set up your favorite youtube and twitch channels. This will at least organize the streams without having to visit each channel, but you will still have to copy/paste and then format links and metadata to post here.

All the other chuubas are unsearchable. Now if there's something I'm doing wrong and there's actually a right way to do it, I'm all ears. Holodex is so convenient, so it'd be a waste if we can't use it

The thing is, holodex is really to provide an enhanced experience for the viewer, so one could quickly jump into streams, get live translations, monitor multiple streams, etc. Most of these I could do in holodex without logging in.
