Ever since gen 3 there is requirement for all holos to have experience in content creation before joining. it's not hard to think a group of 4 dudes they hired all had the chops to perform on stage right away.
regloss on the other hand is the first time holo hired normies in a long time. Most can't sing and dance but they're required to. it's not hard to think they need more prep time to not embarrass themselves live on stage.
