I think it’s a bit fast but that’s what networking gets you. Big benefits and all that and the Twitch people like her a lot

>> No.72265751

>>72265585
more like twitch is desperate to have her on there because they want to spam her streams with ads.

there was a vid recently of the twitch CEO lamenting that assmon doesn't enable ads and it's cost them a bunch of money etc. if you didn't know, twitch is literally dying, it cannot find profitability and slashed like 1/3rd all its staff not too long ago. they see doki being both a vtuber and a gamer as like a double-win for their platform I think so they are trying to entice her to stream on it.

If you have even a decent following, it's very easy to get fast-tracked to Twitch Partner. The only people that struggle are those that pull under 100 viewers.

This, if selen had left in good grace she wouldn't be as big as she became due to pity. I hope Nijisanji sue her for all she's worth. Because what's she's doing is a slap to the face to families who actually lost a relative or their kids to suicide due to being bullied.

Twitch is like YouTube in that they're locked in an eternal pseudo-lichdom of being absolute money pits that are only propped up by their parent companies' infinite resources, kept alive solely because they're too theoretically valuable as media strangeholds to ever let go of for fear of a genuine competitor arising.

They're undead.

One day it is going to fucking collapse extremely hard.
That is why I stopped bullying archivebros. They will be the last ones standing with their Oshi's whole digital footprint evidence.
They are going to keep Towa's streams.
Anyone who believes it can only go up is a fool. One day, it won't work anymore.

Yeah, we're coming to a head in some way or another. This can't go on forever. Ideally, media-archival will become some kind of public service like national parks, but even then that's putting censorship directly in the hands of federal power.

No good solutions.

>I don't know if the Americans would be willing to subsidize (more than they already do) YouTube.
Whether YouTube would get bailed out by the federal government would depend on just how willing Congress (and, to a lesser extent, the future President) would be to money up Alphabet Inc. to preserve this vital cornerstone of economic stability etc. etc. (Spoiler alert: very yes.)

There's never really any reason to bully them, beyond the reactionary faggots who only come in to scream
>DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ARCHIVE OF [vtuber who just announced their graduation]

True archivefaggots have been doing that shit for months if not years. Only exception to the rule was the burning of Alexandria (not the real life one, the panda one) because it was just too massive to be contained by one person, though thankfully that one didn't really end badly. Made a whole new generation of archivefags too.
