I could think of what might happen to some of them, but I don't know about what "should" happen for justice to be served. I'm kind of on the fence of buying the whole GURRAT and clique thing, even if something along those lines seems the most rational explanation for the company's behavior. I think JP is safe though, so not much point pondering there.

Scarle is the only one entirely in the clear. Maria is a corporate drone, but doesn't seem to get involved socially with the group at all, save maybe Pomu (and just for their idol obsession). Some of the newer members are too fresh to really be part of the drama, though some have clearly swallowed the koolaid. I've never heard anything bad about Doppio, and he'd probably do well in Holostars or some such.

Uki, Hex, Kyo, and Vox all deserve to die in obscurity though for various reasons. Possibly Reimu as well. Some of those should really be put away, as they're so inhumane as to actually dangerous to others.

The most important member to grab is Mito.

Hell, Cover doesn't even need to force them to do different things from what they are used to. Give them the same backstage support that Holos get, let them continue as they are. Just put them under a separate branch with Hololive/Holostars as a secondary label on them. The only big change for the livers would essentially be changing their introduction to mention that they're under Cover and not under Nijisanji.
