You know what, I've lurked here for years now and can tell you no one seemed to actually hit the right spot of what happened. The truth is that Kiara is an obserredly accomodating and forgiving person, contrary to people characterizing her as spiteful or petty. I know of cases, where she forgave someone, who threw her under the bus and proceeded to slander her in her lowest moment. She gave some deranged schizo, who stalked her, x-many chances to clean up his act, before he ended up leaving the fanbase of his own volition. There is an infamous clip of her asking her fanbase whether she can collab with some males and she still proceeded to get purposefully one-guyd, so as not to upset people. She's my oshi, but she does this to an extreme fault. Veibae is another example people know of. You can't fucking tell me that her being friends with Veibae is somehow a sign of being a Holoanti, since this is contrary to every atom of reality.
What most likely happened is that Enna, Millie and Reimu saw an opportunity to sink their fucking animal teeth into Kiara, by leveraging Pomu. Whether this was out of a genuine wish to befriend her or an ulterior motive is a different story. Kiara, feeling almost morally obligated to not hold things against people, accepted. Whether Doki came up in their conversations is entirely irrelevant. Maybe they tried to push their Niji-internal narratives onto Kiara or maybe they tried to avoid the topic and hope she'll just call them nice on Twitter or maybe they just wanted to move on from that internally.
I will also point out to people, that Mumei 100% knew in some capacity of this. Kiara is a notorious loudmouth and would've told everyone in EN about their meeting. If any of their names dropped between Doki and Mumei, it would have been dropped between Mumei and Kiara. Kiara is actually terminally online and anyone claiming she was ignorant of Selens termination never watched a second of her streams. Combine her accomodating nature and her terminally online nature. She must've consulted with Mumei before the meeting. If you then follow the NDF logic to its conclusion, it would mean Mumei being against Doki and for Niji. And that's fucking retarded to believe. Then what Kiara believes to have happened is largely irrelevant, since she would be feeling obligated to not hold such a thing against them. Dokis wish to move on and not harass anyone would also be mentally leveraged.
This is merely speculation, but I do believe it was performative of Enna and Millie. Their tone of voice in tweets is so over-the-top, as if to scream to the world how great friends they are. The same thing happened with Scarle. Whether Millie bullied Scarle is an open question, but the Karaoke stream was such over-the-top virtue signaling. After the xth time, it becomes an obvious pattern. Combine this with Millie mentioning her charity work to people or the secret gc stream, it's obvious she tries to show off to people too much.

I'm pretty good at figuring people out and picking up on the way they behave. I don't really get attached to anything which allows me to not just look at things objectively, but also adopt other subjective positions on a whim.
That said, I am not disagreeing with some of Kiara's hunches, and her general anti-drama position of "You shouldn't just focus on drama to get popular."
My initial take is that these are all pretty low caliber people, without strong morals or ethics, and it's pointless to try and rank which ones are more selfish and manipulative. I assume that on some level everyone intuitively senses this as well, and they're just pretending to go along with drama for other reasons.
