Almost every HQ dynamic dwindled when Vesper's suspension happened, and then seriously died after the 6th month anniversary fiasco (the only exception being Shiny Spicy, which got stronger, especially after VSaikyo). Almond still persisted, but it wasn't the same from my memories.
