My weird thing is that my oshiis are twins, and my favorite twin never reads what I say--but the other twin has an innate ability to randomly pick my comments out of chat to respond to while she's presumably the more occupied playing the game. And then I have to sit here with the knowledge that the twin I don't like as much(I mean I like her fine, she's great, but I looooove her sister) is the one that actually cares what I have to say and may actually know who I am.

I've never even retweeted her tweets, only commenting and occasionally giving likes. And during livestreams I got noticed often despite never paid a single dime.

Maybe try to be more interesting, don't just say "I can't wait" "hope you're doing better" "good morning" etc. Becoming more interesting person isn't a trait, it's a skill, it can be learned. You can even be a nerd with minimum social skill but still be an interesting person, by having vast knowledge for example.
