It's almost definitely a fixed amount, with maybe a small bonus if she gets more than a certain amount of customers. Royalty type payouts tend to be a bad deal for everyone involved when it comes to short term promotional deals like this, it complicates things on the cafe's end because they don't know how much money they will pay out and can't effectively budget for it and on Miko's end it's almost always lesser than a fixed deal would provide and would also take a longer time to pay out.
