Even if we assume Nina is a bad actor who is trying to bail out the rest of her clique pals, they basically had an "all hands on deck" effort to promote Quinn when he debuted and tried to push vague claims that he suffered abuse in Nijisanji. It hasn't worked out very well and his numbers already have crashed.

The people running vShojo don't appear to be stupid, either. They're going to be paying attention to what's going on in the industry and they know the reputation these people have now. Had Quinn had a runaway success, maybe they might have considered rolling the dice and hiring him.

But no way is vShojo going to just hire ex-Nijisanji employees willy-nilly now. Anyone who tries to join will be looked at with a microscope. If Matara had real power in vShojo, Quinn would not be an indie right now. Another thing to consider too is that the clique has earned itself a rep for organizing harassment and hate campaigns against female Livers they dislike. Somehow, the ones they dislike always have better numbers and are more popular than them. There's no way vShojo is going to bring them in and then allowed them to terrorize Ironmouse out of the company, which is something they would 100% try to do once they'd established themselves.

Nina is not going to be able to form a new clique in vShojo, and at most she and some other vShojo vTubers will collab with them frequently. Even if some of them do get in, I doubt vShojo will tolerate them harassing their golden goose Ironmouse.

When Niji EN folds, most of these people will be unhireable and will go back to being indies or vanish off the 'net. They will still probably harass others, but without Nijisanji to act as a platform and signal booster for them, they will rapidly wane to being an annoyance and not a real problem. Niji's fanbase is made up of three remaining segments (everyone else has been chased off by these segments); insane Chinese and Filipina fujos, Twitter creatures (or Tumblrinas if you prefer), and the non-vTuber friends of the various people in the clique.

Most of these groups will melt away when Niji EN folds. The fujos will find other male vTubers to squee over or maybe go back to K-Pop where most of them came from, they are unlikely to settle on just one to stan for.
