That is what I think is a misconception, or you don't know a lot of single people. People have posters of their favorite celebs or pictures they keep all the time bit somewhere along the line that became insane primarily because insane people who end up doing terrible things were more than just a little obsessive as a fan.

What I love about Rissa that no other girl does in Hololive is she’s a genuine singer. I know Irys and AZKI are singers too, and even Suisei and others, but it’s different for Nerissa. I was watching some of her inactive Karaoke with her sisters, and it’s genuinely one of the few times I’ve seen someone use their voice like an instrument. Starting off to test the water and then adjusting right away to finish the song. A good example is in her “Hopelessly Devoted to You” cover. She doesn’t know the song, so her sister leads off the first line, and she kind of follows right after as soon as she recognizes how the lead goes. Then you can hear her kind of testing it here and there, and even free styling some runs like how a guitar player would for a solo. And unlike other girls who just kind of sings together, she can manipulate her voice to do actual harmonies, which no other girls seem to do. Fuwamoco does it sometimes but it’s clear it’s something they’ve practiced for, while Rissa’s feel more like an actual jam session where she just knows where to put her voice to harmonize. It’s like seeing very good amateurs and thinking they’re great, and then seeing an actual pro and realizing how much of a difference in skill there is.

I think that's one of those things that will only change with time. As she gains more experience and starts to become more comfortable with the job, along with getting a closer look at how the other girls work and deal with everything, I think she'll gain the confidence to really stretch her wings.
