We don't know what contracts are going on for each company behind closed doors, but since Niji made the mistake of letting that cat out of the bag as consumers we shouldn't feel too bad for them.
The worst part about this is re-finding a bunch of the people I actively watch should the company go under, but that's going to be piss-easy anyways.
