Depends on what you mean by chumbud. I have a friend for whom Gura is his favorite vtuber... but he doesn't really watch vtubers often anyways, nor is he particularly obsessed with a specific one. I also love Gura, but I just watch other vtubers. She streams rarely enough you can easily keep up with every stream even if watch others more often. Which is why I don't care how little she streams, on the contrary I like giving others the spotlight, her popularity is just good cross-promo for others to be frank.
