Gura is the easiest to do these with considering how many images of Gura were in the training data. VTubers with smaller numbers will get off model fast! "Character Reference" is a thing so I can also do more obscure ones, but they'll be super off model in comparison to those it knows natively.

Anecdotally... why don't Phase Connect fans archive anything on Danbooru? There's like, nothing there to work with!

Anons is there a tool you use that grabs images from twitter with a specific hashtag (possibly even excluding AI art hashtag) for datasets?

I've been scrolling for an hour now and only got 5 usable images because they put photos of merch, meme doodles and work in progress in the art hashtag.

It would be faster to let a program download all of them and then go through it locally, twitter UI is horrible, it sometimes even stops loading more for no reason.

I think it would be better to train embeddings instead of training the text encoder if it already knows them, by training embeds you can also find the secret tags for characters (if they exist). I already have a normal unet+te hololive lora for pony and it's pretty bad. I doubt raining te-only will be faster or better

I want to try something like this: use these scripts to sort, initialize embeds, generate configs, train an embed for every character and costume, pack them into 1 lora. This can be easily automated. Only issue with this is having to use hcp-diffusion to train

It kind of makes sense, given the UNet already knows Mumei

I'll have to look deeper into what layers LoRA actually trains, but my guess is that the UNet only LoRA mostly affects the cross attention layers which applies the prompt since Mumei is already there in the UNet

In that sense, it makes sense that the 2 approaches converge into the same result, as both are only changing prompt understanding

We need a few more TE only loras to confirm that this works
If they work, we can have small loras instead of the 100 MB+ loras that SDXL tends to need

Late reply but I just wanted to sum up the stuff on animagine regional prompter state.

1. Everything works fine on a1111
2. Forge works with Attention mode, but you may need to switch to an older commit. See issue #307 on sd-webui-regional-prompter github.
3. You currently can't make Latent mode work on Forge. This is an issue only if you need Loras, because loras require latent mode. Animagine knows a lot of niji and holo, but stuff like animagine 2girls phase connect require you use A1111.

I just have both A1111 and Forge for that reason, but with A1111 being slower and regional prompter also multiplying the time it takes, my rtx3070ti goes from something like 1 minute to 15 minutes lol
