But... why? Niji Journey uses a blend of the LAION-5B dataset + the NovelAI leak. Its knowledge is capped at some point of time in 2022. "Koseki Bijou" means nothing to it.

That also looks like you're using vanilla Midjourney V6. The base MJ model doesn't know of any VTubers, as it doesn't have the NovelAI data that the Niji model has.

Oh no, that's ixy style on the merge. Animagine doesn't give it that much of a drawn style when using it without kohaku.
In any case, I've been able to wrangle a merge with block merging but I didn't get the chance to test the completed model that much because of work. Maybe later.
I wish I would know wth is going on with (by redrop:1.3) in this image as it's the only one that completely changes the pose.

Like in picrel, Pony knows many chuubas, the character name was probably purged from training (or just renamed like the many artist tags)

A lora with this kohya config has a good chance of bridging the gap between the chuuba that the UNet knows and the character name absent in the TE
Just adjust the rank, epochs, etc to match the size of HLL dataset

I think the caption should be in this format: <chuuba>, tags describing everytihng in the image

Keep n tokens is set to 1 along with shuffle caption enabled, so that the <chuuba> captures the character itself

I tested this with a quick style lora for Pony, and it worked as this artist is very likely already known by Pony

It wasn't that.
Simply passing the models through mergers gives me different results compared to base model even with full 0 and full 1. Something must have gone wrong in the backend and restart didn't seem to help. I'll try tomorrow after a reboot.
I already got two merges from before, one with pony in it and one without. I just wanted to fix hands on this one.
