Maimoto's stuff is specifically physical. If only somebody would be bothered to read Article 15, Paragraph 4 and 5. This basically says that you can't debut as a vtuber for 6 months after you leave the company. Which considering the cases where people have debuted literally days after leaving, either it doesn't apply to debuting as an indie, anycolor is lenient on handing out permissions to re-debut, or the entire document is out-dated.

Also, this provision would incentivize graduating as fast as possible so you can re-debut sooner, not sticking around in moratorium for a year as some retards in this thread are speculating
