There really is no way out, at least one that's easy and doesn't negatively affect her in the long term. Even if we disregard the GURRAT as nothing but schizoposting, there's still two things that are undeniable
1. She participated in and allowed her channel to be used for the black stream that was designed to maliciously slander Doki, breaking like a dozen laws in the process
and 2. Has herself directly claimed that her name and address was listed in Doki's document, which was written at a time when she was very mentally unwell and on the verge of/recovering from a suicide attempt, which implies she had some sort of involvement in her mental decline (be it directly via bullying or more indirectly, not sure what that'd mean)
That we know for a fact. Even if she was completely innocent in the matter of Doki's bullying and was completely forced to host and participate in the black stream (he absolute best case scenario, mind you), she's still guilty of dogpiling on a former collegue and 'friend' who's only months prior was in a terrible mental state, prioritizing her streaming career and weeb dream of living in Japan over it. It's scummy even if she was forced into it. Add on the fact that she evidentially did something to get named in the doc, and even the best case scenario is still looking terrible to her prospects as a streamer.

And now, Elira Pendora or whatever your actual name is, if you're here on this thread, I'm speaking to you directly, as one human being to another.
If you haven't already, you need to realize that no matter what way you choose from here forward is not going to look good, and you're reputation is only going to get worse, and dropping Niji and reincarnating isn't going to help. The only way out that I can see for you to get out of this and even have a chance at recovering your reputation even a little bit (aside from obviously a private and sincere apology to Doki and anyone else you wronged in this whole debacle) is take full accountability for what you've done. Whether it be as Elira (likely getting terminated) or as your next life, fully admit to everything that happened behind the scenes that drove Doki to do what she did, and accept full fault for what you did, regardless of how bad it'll make you look. Don't sugar coat, don't deflect, don't excuse, hell, don't even name names (we already have a good idea of who those names are and naming them directly will only make it look like you're passing the blame onto them). Tell us all exactly what you did wrong and that you fully grasp that what you did was wrong, and make it explicitly clear that you intend on doing better in the future.
Yes, the obvious downside to this (especially if you're involvement in this whole thing is as bad as the rrats make it look) is that your rep will take another big hit and likely get even worse for a time. But, and I want to make this very clear, if you showcase that you fully acknowledge what you did wrong, accept that it was wrong, and make it clear you're going to change for the better (or at least make it look as such) will make people more willing to forgive in the long term.
