My growth in terms of the value that matters most to me has been stagnant. I feel like the best way to grow is to network. branch out to different types of groups and people. A lot of work is done in the back for some people such as myself (I focus on building more valuable friendships so it's more fun to be in the community/makes me want to stream more). it all takes time though, I've been at this for almost a year now and some people here have been doing way better than me now in their first couple months.
