I've been going back and watching old streams and there's definitely something noticeably different from early/mid 2022 to late 2022 onward.
It's especially noticeable after her manager leaves and "that" membership stream. She's still excited to talk to Pomudachis and whatever little stream idea she has at the time, but that spark isn't really there.

Her vrchat collab with Kiara was right after she came back from Japan (second stream after the break iirc). If you look at the threads about it, it's filled with comments along the lines of "it was cute, but in her own streams Pomu is really unhinged half the time."
I don't know if she did some reflecting during her trip, or if it was the result of the feedback from that collab, but ever since that day Pomu became way more consistently chill and started acting more cutesy. I think the melancholy feel of her streams was at least in part because she didn't enjoy that style so much.
