The biggest blackmark is the underperformance of the last 2 gens and their hiring preferences on top of their contract. Even established NijiEN staples have taken huge hits in the last few months. That combination is crippling for recruitment. It's not just the contract. Even if the leaked contract is fake the fact that people think Anycolor is capable of doing that is a massive problem.
Kunai is most definitely worse off than her PL just from looking at her numbers from her PL and now. Same for Vivi most likely. I don't watch the homos but most likely they came from similar status in their PL. If you're a 400-500ccv indie streamer or higher with an established model, gimmick and merch or Twitch Partner Plus or YT equivalent you pretty much need to triple your numbers to see any significant gains after Anycolor cut, because you have to deal with JP corpo perms autism and you can't have a sideline gig either.
So they either need to adjust the contract (the only adjustment I can see them make is to make it stricter), adjust their hiring profile or adjust their marketing. Marketing takes money, strategy and time neither of which Niji has been using well in recent times, so they need to gamble hard on finding 2 views that are up to standard. But even 2 views might hesitate. They're walking into a shitstorm that they're going to be part of cleaning up. And the mess is that bad that they might not be able to clean it up. A lot of people are not up for that even 2 views. Their recruiting pool will have to probably include the sisters. They're at least entertaining with their mental gymnastics. But even then they're a massive security risk.
