What else would you use it for. It's either trauma dump or a bukkake. There's nothing else you can really do in a stream that is intended for your special paying audience rather than your general audience.

I used to trauma dump on online friends when I played mmos. There's something about the sweet spot of not quite actual friends but also not strangers that makes it feel good. I'd imagine it'd be a lot better if I was getting paid by those people too.
